Abstract
An effective leader recognizes the differences of opinions among the team. In addition, the leader should encourage individuals to express their ideas to resolve the problem from their perspective. Their social and economic experiences will contribute to the narrative at hand. An effective leader will empower members to develop confidence in expressing their opinions. A confident leader will not be judgmental of the group's voice, allowing their contribution to be defined and contribute to the solidarity and growth among participants.
