Mr. Morton is the fourth speaker in the Droppin' Knowledge Lincoln University Lecture Series. The series was developed by Lincoln University Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost Dr. Said Sewell. Dr. Sewell says series speakers such as Morton are important component to the intellectual offerings of the university.
The Droppin' Knowledge Lecture Series contribute to the mission by exposing the entire community of Lincoln University, as well as the citizens of Jefferson City to world-class public thinkers on an array of subjects. These lectures, such as the one featuring Janks Morton, provide a unique opportunity for student interaction, faculty discourse and community engagement" , says Dr. Sewell.
